Crataegus Laevigata

It's a beautiful photo, it captures perfectly nature's last colourful outburst before the winter. I love the colours and the composition, and have only one critique really: that's not a rosa canina. The shape of the fruit is wrong and there are no thorns on the plant in your photo.
But that has nothing to do with the artistry of the photo.
